درباره‌ی ما
ما یک آزمایشگاه پژوهشی و محصول‌محور هوش مصنوعی هستیم با سطحی از دیوانگی، تاب‌آوری و خوش‌بینی که بر تمام دلایل منطقی‌ای که می‌توانست ما را از دنبال‌کردن رویای ساختن آنچه تا به امروز غیر ممکن به نظر می‌رسیده در این مختصات جغرافیایی خاص و در این زمانه‌ی خاص باز دارد، غلبه کرده است.

در ادبیات فارسی، سرو نماد استواری، وقار و امید است. درختانی که در برابر تندبادها می‌ایستند و سبزی‌شان را از دست نمی‌دهند. ما راه هوش مصنوعی خود را با همین فلسفه ادامه می‌دهیم و خود را خیلی‌سرو می‌نامیم.

ارزش‌های ما

۰۱ ماشین در اختیار انسان، نه برعکس
اول این‌که بهروزی انسان برای ما مساله است. هدف این است که آن‌چه می‌سازیم نه او را جایگزین بلکه کیفیت زندگی انسان را بهتر کند. انسان هر روز توانمندتر شود، بیش‌تر بداند، بیش‌تر بتواند و بهتر بیآفریند.

محور دوم این است که باور داریم که مغز انسان هنوز هم پیچیده‌ترین و بهینه‌ترین سیستم یک‌ونیم‌کیلوگرمی است که روی زمین وجود دارد. به خلق انسانی ارزش می‌نهیم و می‌خواهیم بهتر از میانگین آماریِ هوش مصنوعی بسازیم.

هر آن‌چه زیر سایه‌ی خیلی‌سرو خلق می‌کنیم — اعم از کد، محصول فنی، محصول بصری، پژوهش، متن و سخن — داد می‌زند که «من را یک هوش مصنوعی نساخته.» می‌دانیم که در روزگاری که همه‌ی رقبا همانند ما به مدل‌هایی دسترسی دارند که رسیدن به «کافی» را آسان می‌کند، خلقِ ممتاز از همیشه دشوارتر است — و ارزش واقعی دقیقن در انتهای همین جاده‌ی کم‌رهگذر نهفته است.

About us
sarv.so is a research-and-product AI laboratory with a degree of madness, resilience, and optimism that has already outrun every reasonable argument against pursuing AGI from this particular geography, in this particular time.

In Persian literature the cypress — sarv — stands for steadfastness, dignity, and hope: trees that hold against the wind and do not surrender their green. We walk our AI path with that philosophy, and we call ourselves خیلی‌سرو (Khili-Sarv). The company is sarv.so.

Our values

01 The machine in service of the human — not the reverse
First: human flourishing is the question. What we build must not replace the person; it must raise the quality of a life. Each day the human should know more, be able to do more, and create better.

Second: we still believe the human brain is the most complex and efficient one-and-a-half-kilogram system on Earth. We prize human making, and we intend to build better than the statistical average of artificial intelligence.

Everything created in the shade of sarv.so — code, technical product, visual work, research, prose, and speech — should shout: an AI did not make me. In an age when every rival can reach the same models and call it “good enough,” distinguished making is harder than ever — and the real value sits at the far end of that less-travelled road.

02 Building poetically
Among the purest moments we have lived is the second a single couplet arrives, and years of experience, love, fear, solitude, togetherness, and life unfold behind the eyes. Poetry may be the peak of how densely a human can pack meaning and taste.

At sarv.so, the poetic is practical: whatever we make under this name must be both fast and efficient, and made with taste. This is our quality control — in the product, in the organisation, in the speech, and in the way sarv.so exists.

03 Being cypress-like
We are not afraid, and we do not bow to the wind. With a clear intention, a transparent why, and literacy in the problem, we are building the most poetic AI company on Earth. We build, we tear down, we build again. In fatigue and war and cut internet and scarce resources and injustice, in chaos and bubbles, we stay green and upright, rooted in the soil, eyes on the essential. We think long. We plant hope.

Extracting quality from language models
In this orbit we work on methods and tools that can pull, from large language models, not merely more text and images, but real quality and value for people and for industry.

Artificial intelligence beyond language models
Language models may be the most important leap of this era, but they are probably not the last form of AI. In this orbit we look for architectures and approaches that can cross the border of next-token prediction and move toward artificial general intelligence — a system with real understanding, learning, reasoning, and adaptation to the world.

What you will build
In the shade of the cypress, you will work at the hinge of research and use. You will make interfaces that put advanced AI within reach — and at the same time help us see the next step. That means prototypes that test both the experience and the technical hypothesis; infrastructure we will build from zero when we must, not only what already exists; and work with researchers to turn experimental capability into experiences worth staying for.

Your role
We need engineers who go from idea to launch — fast, without skipping depth. People who can set a prototype down after they have learned from it. People who grow in uncertainty, not despite it. You will shape experiences that matter today, and help design architectures that can scale tomorrow.

You are a fit if
You have real, interesting experience building full-stack products with a user-experience spine.
Building core pieces from scratch gives you energy, not dread.
You can move between shipping a product and exploring a technical unknown.
